Q. Is your service really free?
Ans. Yes! We do not have any setup or recurring monthly charges whatsoever.
Q. Do I get paid for each drop?
Ans. Most businesses are delighted with the additional footfall and choose not to charge their customers for this service. However, if you wish to charge the customers a drop off fee, you can do so and set the amount!
Q .How much space do I need?
Ans. Not much! You can get started with a small drawer unit or 1m * 1m space with 3 shelves.
Q. How long will the items stay stored in my shop?
Ans. We expect items to be collected within 24 hours.
Q. Do I need any other equipment?
Ans. No equipment is needed to operate as a Swishd Drop Point. Not even a phone!
Q. Do I have to accept items at my busiest time?
Ans. No! We completely understand you have busy times. You can set the times for drop off / collection when you are less busy and want the footfall.
